“Over the years since I’ve been in Oregon, I’ve invested my time and talent in Marist. Marist’s continued success is important to me, after I’m long gone.”

Father David Cullings
A native of Omaha, Father David was ordained a Benedictine monk in 1967 at Mount Michael Abbey in Elkhorn, Nebraska. He was incardinated in the Archdiocese of Portland in 1979. He has served as associate pastor and pastor at St. Joseph Parish, Salem; Sacred Heart Parish, Newport; and St. Peter Parish, Eugene. Officially, Father David is retired. “The Lord is my shepherd, I do nothing unless I want,” he states. We are thankful he wants to continue to be part of Marist and grateful for his planned gift. |
